TAM Annual New Version Subscription Service Rate Increase Effective March 1, 2025

To our valued customers,

Effective March 1, 2025 TAM Intelliware will be increasing our Annual New Version Subscription services from 19% of the Retail Value of your perpetually licensed TAM Software to 20%.

This increase is necessary as many of our organization’s costs have been increasing.  Costs that include support of our team members and a number of other operating expenses.

This increase will be included (and 20% noted) on all Annual New Version Subscription Renewal contracts expiring on or after March 1, 2025.

This small increase will help us continue to provide the premier 7/24 support you are a custom to, as well as may new and exciting features and capabilities that are roadmapped for release in 2025 and beyond.
