Introducing the New Module in TAM V12: Wealth Intelligence

A new article has been posted to the TAM Blog by Jennifer Chan:

The newest version of TAM has a new module.  TAM Retail’s Executive Vice President, Bruce Lode, gave a preview of it in his June, 2020 blogpost.  The big news is a seamless integration of data from DonorSearch, which will allow you to identify who among your customers may be a high value donor.

DonorSearch is the nation’s largest philanthropic data source.  Their proprietary matching logic includes a Quality Score indicating the confidence level of the record screening.  With the Wealth Intelligence module, you will be able to see the following:

  • The DS Rating – the DonorSearch proprietary ranking of a person’s ability and propensity to make major donations (of $5,000 or more)
  • The RFM ranking – which looks at the Recency and Frequency of your existing donors’ contributions (Money) and ranks your donors’ loyalty.
  • The Estimated Capacity for giving – an estimated 10% of the individual’s net worth;
  • The Range of the Largest Gift Elsewhere
  • Estimated Real Estate – market and assessed value;
  • Aggregate sum of giving and the Number of Charitable Gifts
  • Breakdowns of giving by areas of interest such as healthcare, arts, and education
  • Breakdowns of religious giving and political giving;
  • And More…

This will save valuable time and resources in your fundraising efforts.  This information will allow you to tailor your campaigns and requests, and put the right ask to the right person.  Don’t hesitate to put this tool to good use.
