Question: How can I access Help Topics?

There are a few methods you can utilize to access TAM Help Topics. If you have internet access, you can visit our website www.tamretail.com. Select Support.

You will then be directed to a screen that will require you to enter your serial number and password.

Next, click on the “Click here to view tutorials link, under Self-Paced Training to access the tutorials.

Access to these tutorials are free, as long as you are under subscription. Each video lasts approx. 7 minutes and there are many topics to choose from.

You can also search for Help Topics in TAM Office by clicking Help and Support
