Constant Contact Integration With Customer Profiling in TAM

Are you currently using Customer Profiling?  If you do use it, are you taking advantage of all its features? For those of you who are running TAM version 11 or higher and are also licensed for the Customer Profiling module, you are now able to take your customer relations to the next level.  How do you do this?   You can do this by utilizing TAM’s standard integration with Constant Contact.  An up to date customer or member database is a key component to success.   Your overall goal is not to just attract new customers but to also retain your current customer or membership base. It is also easier and less expensive to keep your current customers or members satisfied.

With the Constant Contact feature, you can easily target your current database through promotional mailings that give them information on new releases, special deals or discounts, public or private events, and advertising new products. Customers can be located through Constant Contact using their address, phone number, purchase history, and even by SKU’s.  You can easily export email distribution lists from TAM and import them into Constant Contact.  This will help your organization connect directly to your current customer or member base.  Constant Contact was launched in 1998, and is known for serving the needs of businesses and organizations, providing them with a very easy yet affordable way to create and build successful customer relationships that last.
